●Ensure regular process support for sales teams including sample management, payments, on-boarding and leaving procedure handling, product complaint compensation processing, sales aids management, new joiner orientation, etc. ● Support sales teams for hospital tendering, including tender material collection, chop application, etc. ● Drive regional adoption of process, policies, reports and dashboards defined by leadership team. ● Office administration work support as necessary. ● Other projects and assignments from line manager and sales team leadership.
Qualification Requirement
● Bachelor degree or above. ● Relevant experiences in multi-national company. ● Proficient in oral&written English and Chinese, good PC skills. ● Excellent communication /interpersonal skills. ● High sense of responsibility. ● Self-awareness and Adaptability. ● Three years of work experience above.
