Responsibilities: 1.Develop and optimize the company’s performance evaluation system to align with strategic goals. 2.Oversee the performance evaluation process, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. 3.Analyze performance data, identify issues, and drive improvement initiatives. 4.Communicate with management and employees to foster a high-performance culture.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Strong English communication skills. 5+ years of performance management experience in medium/large enterprises, familiar with mainstream evaluation methods. Understand organizational behavior and employee needs to design effective incentive systems. Self-driven, resilient, responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Proficient in Office software and data analysis tools.
