岗位职责 Responsibilities 1、 Customer handle 客户端协调处理 2、NCMR,SDMR,Monthly Statistical Report 不合格处置报告,来料不良报告,月度统计分析报告 3、Quality System Management 质量管理体系 (A) In charge of ISO9001 audit and process improvement 负责ISO9001 审核及过程改善 (B) Set up and maintain suppliers performance assessment system 建立并维护供应商评估系统 (C) Coordinate with suppliers for technical & quality issues 与供应商协调技术和质量问题 (D) Support production in process支持生产 (E) In charge of document and data control functions 负责文件和数据的控制 (F) Assist in Management Review Meeting协助管理评审会议 (G) Assist in Customer Satisfactory Measures协助衡量客户满意情况 (H) QMS requirements compliance with customers survey & contract 符合客户要求的质量管理体系-调查和合同 (I) RoHS requirements compliance with customers survey & contract 符合客户要的RoHS-调查和合同 4、IQC,Calibraton,Spec filing 来料检验,校准,规格书归档 Qualifications:岗位任职要求 1. Education: *Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Quality Management, or a related field. 2. Experience: *At least 3 years of experience , with familiarity in ISO 9001,14001, IATF 16949 and other quality management system standards. *Experience in the manufacturing industry (foreign-owned enterprise is preferred). 3. Professional Skills: *Good oral & written English. *Proficient in the development and management of quality system documentation. *Familiar with quality audit processes and techniques, with the ability to conduct internal audits independently. *Knowledge of quality management tools and methods such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, Six Sigma. 4. Other Requirements: *Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with personnel from different departments. *Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking abilities to quickly identify and resolve quality issues. *Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism.
