Key Responsibilities ● Collaborate with the Deployment OCM Lead to create the local deployment training approach and plan ● Guide Wave Training Managers and Coordinators on timelines and training deliverables ● Coordinate with Global Training, Local Training, and authorization teams for successful role mapping and training need analysis ● Ensure readiness of local training documents including translation and manage end user training schedules and logistics in collaboration with OCM and global counterparts ● Coordinate with the SMEs training data preparation for the ILT training and liaise with the data team for any additional requirements ● Report on training deliverables status, training attendance, risks, and mitigation plans to the local leadership team ● Develop effective learning solutions that meet program timelines and end user needs, aligning with the defined learning and capability building strategy
Must have experience /skills ● Over 8 years of experience in developing and administering training programs and curricula ● Expertise in SAP project training implementation ● Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluency in English and Chinese ● Hands-on experience with training delivery methods, learning academy setups and implementing training approaches. ● Knowledge of adult/corporate learning, coaching and Learning Management Systems (LMS) ● Experience in project management ● High-level knowledge of security authorization requirements, job roles, and transaction concepts ● Preferred background in ERP/S4/HANA systems
