Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for employee entry, departure, renewal and transfer procedures and system data maintenance. 2. Improve the existing employee relationship management system, assist in revising the rules and regulations of employee relationship management and related processes, ensure the legal compliance of the system and work process, and avoid labor and employment risks. 3. Responsible for the management and maintenance of employees' files, including the filing of new employees, the destruction of departing employees, and the transfer of employees' files. 4. Formulation of labor risk system and establishment of risk control mechanism, and handling of employee labor disputes, arbitration, complaints and emergencies. 5. Responsible for handling industrial injury, medical insurance, residence permit points, labor audit information. 6. Other work arranged by the leader.
Job Requirements: 1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, human resources related major. 2. At least 1 year working experience in employee relations, familiar with labor law, labor contract law and local regulations on employee relations, and understand social security policies and operation procedures. 3. Excellent communication skills, patience, strong sense of responsibility, clear and logical thinking, can solve complex problems independently.
