Responsibilities: 1. Coordination among external customer and internal customer (i.e. Sales, Operations and Finance) to satisfy the customers’ needs. 2. Ensure service standards are met and exceeded by providing excellent accessibility levels to customers who contacts the company over the phone. 3. Assist sales personnel to manage and maximize business opportunities and customer retention opportunities available during the handling process. 4. Assist the Assistant Customer Service Manager and Airfreight Manager in handling all Customer Service aspects, China issues and support Airfreight Operations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in operations management or related fields is required; 2. Three years or above experience in operations related areas in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment 3. Knowledge in customer service technology is a plus; Preferably equip with a valid Dangerous Goods Awareness Certificate 4. High-tech operation experience priority 5. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
