Key Responsibilities:

Lead the company's overall supply chain management, monitor supply chain key performance indicators, conduct regular data analysis, identify potential problems and improve. Continuously optimize processes and improve efficiency to create a highly competitive supply chain to meet changing customer needs.
主持公司的全方位供应链管理工作，监控供应链关键绩效指标，定期进行数据分析，识别潜在问题并改进。不断优化流程和提高效率，打造高竞争优势的供应链以满足变化多样的客户需求。

1. Annual planning: Develop and implement the company's global supply chain strategy, ensure the efficient operation and cost optimization of the supply chain, and improve the overall operational efficiency.
年度规划：制定并执行公司全球供应链战略，确保供应链的高效运作和成本优化，提升整体运营效率。

2. Supplier management: Continuously improve the supplier management system, including supplier selection, introduction, assessment and withdrawal mechanism, establish long-term and stable cooperative relations with high-quality suppliers, and ensure that supplier quality and service meet the company's requirements.
供应商管理：持续完善供应商管理体系，包括供应商评选、引入、考核和退出机制，与优质供应商建立长期稳定的合作关系，确保供应商质量和服务符合公司要求。

3. Plan management: according to the sales forecast, develop internal and external production plans, to ensure that the own factories and external factories cooperate in production, to achieve customer orders delivered on time.
计划管理：根据销售预测，制定内外部生产计划，确保自有工厂及外协工厂协同生产，达成客户订单准时交付。

4. Inventory management: Develop and implement inventory reduction strategies, improve inventory turnover and reduce capital occupation through refined management and demand forecasting.
库存管理：制定并实施库存降低策略，通过精细化管理和需求预测，提升库存周转率，减少资金占用。

5. Logistics management: Organize and lead the price bidding of logistics providers, evaluate the qualification and quotation of suppliers, select the best logistics plan, and reduce transportation costs.
物流管理：组织并主导物流商价格招标，评估供应商资质和报价，选择最优物流方案，降低运输成本。


Job Requirements:
任职要求：
1. Education and experience: Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years of supply chain management experience.
学历经验：本科及以上学历，8年以上供应链管理经验。

2. Professional skills: proficient in all aspects of the supply chain, master logistics, procurement, inventory management, familiar with ERP and other systems, data-driven decision-making.
专业技能：精通供应链各环节，掌握物流、采购、库存管理，熟悉ERP等系统，数据驱动决策。

3. Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills, able to lead the team to achieve the goal under complex environment.
领导能力：出色领导、沟通、协调能力，能在复杂环境下带领团队达成目标。

4. Problem solving: Sharp insight, quick and effective response to supply chain risks and challenges.
