岗位职责：
1.结合公司战略目标，统筹公司供应链的规划和管理，确保整体运营效率，优化库存、提升效能。
2.计划管理：优化采购和备货及库存管理，提升订单准交率及库存周转率。
3.仓储管理：动态调整库存策略，降低冗余库存。
4.供应商管理：完善供应商管理和采购体系，包括供应商评选、考核及关系维护，确保供应链稳定。

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、工业工程等相关专业优先。英语听说读写良好，能和海外办事处交流。
2.8年以上中大型企业的供应链管理经验，熟悉库存管理、供应商采购。
3.具备较强的自驱力、抗压能力及责任心，良好的沟通协调能力和团队精神。
4.熟练使用office办公软件。熟悉数据分析工具，具备数据驱动决策能力（刚性要求）。学习能力强。
*有国际服装连锁的供应链/备货和库存管理经验优先。

Responsibilities:
1.Plan and manage the supply chain to ensure operational efficiency, optimize inventory, and improve performance.
2.Manage production planning and inventory to enhance order delivery and turnover rates.
3.Develop inventory strategies and optimize stock levels to reduce redundancy.
4.Manage supplier relationships, including selection, evaluation, and maintenance, to ensure supply chain stability.

Requirements：
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, logistics, or related fields. Strong English communication skills.
2.8+ years of supply chain management experience in medium/large enterprises, familiar with inventory and supplier management.
3.Self-driven, resilient, responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
4.Proficient in Office software and data analysis tools (mandatory). Fast learner.
5.Experience in international apparel supply chain/inventory management preferred.
