Position Summary 83 We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Product Engineer with a strong background in both mechanical and electrical engineering to join our advanced product development team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and integration of advanced products in hybrid and electrified drivetrains. Your expertise in system design, analysis, and validation will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality and innovative products.
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities 83 Define system requirements and translate them into detailed specifications for mechanical and electrical subsystems. 83 Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams, flowcharts, and other relevant documentation. 83 Conduct system-level analysis and simulations to evaluate performance, identify potential issues, and optimize designs 83 Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of components. 83 Support system-level testing and validation activities, including integration testing, performance testing, and reliability testing. 83 Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues that arise during development and testing. 83 Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automotive technology and industry best practices. 83 Contribute to the development of new system architectures and technologies. 83 Support the manufacturing and production processes by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance.

Requirements / Qualifications 83 Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 83 3+ years of experience in system engineering within the automotive industry. Experience with specific automotive components (e.g., drivetrain systems, chassis systems, safety systems) is a plus. 83 Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles. 83 Proven experience in system design, analysis, and validation. 83 Proficiency in using system engineering tools and methodologies (e.g., CAD/Creo, SysML, MATLAB/Simulink). 83 Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. 83 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. 83 Experience with Agile development methodologies. 83 Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. 83 Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to automotive systems.
