Position : QA Technician (东南亚)
Report to : Quality Manager
Job Description:
职责要求：
1. Working with account manager and Southeast Asia vendors to make sure the product quality is CORRECT BEFORE to mass production
与公司业务以及东南亚工厂合作，确定批量生产前做严格的产品样品测试检验
2. Responsible to arrange and Southeast Asia QC’s inspection task. Responsible to record and calculate claims for quality issues. Check and keep inspection records.
安排并负责东南亚QC的日常工作。负责记录和计算质量问题的索赔。负责记录制作并保存检查记录
3. Carry out on-site final inspections of orders to ensure the products meets the requirements. For critical orders, need to responsible to solve quality problem and to improve the quality.
负责大货的出货前验货工作，确保货物满足质量要求。遇到问题需要负责解决质量问题并改善货物品质。
4. Prepare quality reports as requested. Daily review of QC’s inspection reports met requirements then send to the clients..
根据要求编制质量报告。每天检查QC验货报告，保证报告的准确性然后发给客户。。
5. Do instruction manual check. Ensure assembly steps logical and diagram easy to understand. Coach factory how to make instruction clearly if necessary.
检查说明书。确保安装步骤符合逻辑，图片通俗易懂。必要时指导工厂如何做说明书。
6. Cooperate with merch team and factory. Do the paperwork for spare parts, specification sheet and instruction. Need careful mentality to ensure everything data correct in alignment.
与业务和工厂合作配合，确保公司的产品配件表，产品规格表，说明书部件表数据准确并能够互相匹配。
7. To travel to various manufactures around Southeast Asia to ensure that our Quality Standards are being met.
出差去东南亚的工厂验厂验货，或指导有关质检员安排有关货物检验。
Skills:
能力要求：
1. +5 years working experience on Quality management/Quality Control (furniture, outdoor productions , metals and groceries)
5年以上东南亚工厂质量管理/质量控制工作经验（家具、户外用品、金属、杂货）
2. Experience working with manufactures in mainland China
有丰富的和东南亚工厂沟通合作的经验
3. Good English in wring and speaking
良好的英语听说读写能力
4. Good skills on the paperwork and need strong attitude of responsibility
良好的文书工作能力，有强烈的责任心，工作仔细
