Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Support Engineer to maintain and support our network infrastructure. This position will work closely with the IT team to ensure high availability and performance of the network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Troubleshoot network issues to ensure network stability and security.
- Configure and manage network devices, implementing network security policies.
- Perform network performance analysis, identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Support network infrastructure upgrade and expansion projects.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on network-related issues.
- Document and maintain network diagrams and configuration files.
Communicate with vendors and service providers to coordinate the procurement and maintenance of network equipment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network infrastructure support.
- Proficiency in TCP/IP protocols, network security, and VPN technologies.
- Experience in configuring and managing network devices from Cisco, Juniper, or other vendors.
- Strong troubleshooting and network performance optimization skills.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- English proficiency: at least able to read and write, fluency in speaking is a plus.
- Relevant network certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are preferred.
