Position Summary: 负责Sales Leads的管理和潜在销售机会的发掘，促进销售和服务业务增长。 Identify potential sales opportunities, promote sales and service business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. 利用公司提供的客户资源通过电话、邮件与客户沟通，进行电话呼出，了解客户需求，市场需求和竞争对手信息；Through customer resources provided by the company to communicate with customers by telephone or email, make phone calls, understand customer needs, market needs and competitor information. 2. 负责接听售前及售后官方热线电话，确保及时响应并处理客户咨询，同时将潜在的Sales Leads准确录入CRM系统； Responsible for answering pre-sales and after-sales official hotline calls during business days, ensuring timely response and handling of customer inquiries, while accurately entering potential sales leads into the CRM system. 3. 负责公司Info邮箱的日常管理，包括邮件的接收、分类、回复和转发，确保信息传递的及时性和准确性； Responsible for the daily management of the company's Info email account, including receiving, categorizing, replying to, and forwarding emails, to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of information transmission. 4. 负责 LiveChat 的日常运行及数据分析，并转发管理来自该平台及微站、Udesk的Sales Leads； Responsible for daily operation and data analysis of LiveChat, delivering and managing sales leads from this platform, as well as from WeChat MicroStation and Udesk. 5. 负责处理及跟进展会 Sales Leads，推动线索转化并通过分析转化情况，为展会效果评估和后续市场活动提供数据支持； Responsible for handling and following up on trade show sales leads, driving lead conversion and providing data support for evaluating the show's effectiveness and subsequent marketing activities. 6. 记录并跟进收到的销售线索，与外部销售配合，促成销售订单； Record and follow up sales leads received, cooperate with external sales to facilitate sales orders. 7. 上级安排的其他相关工作。 Other related work assigned by line manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. 良好的交流能力，熟练的电话沟通技巧，较强的客户服务意识。 Good communication ability and telemarketing skills, strong customer service awareness. 2. 具有较强责任心，诚实守信。富有工作激情和团队协作精神； Strong sense of responsibility, integrity and trustworthy, full of work passion and team spirit. 3. 抗压能力较强，善于处理客户关系。 Strong ability to work under pressure and good at dealing with customer relations.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience: 1. 本科及以上学历，机械类相关专业优先； Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical or relevant is preferred. 2. 有客服或电话销售等相关工作经验为佳； Customer care or telemarketing related work experience is preferred. 3. 熟悉 MS Office 办公软件，熟练使用Excel。 Good knowledge of MS Office software, proficient in Excel.
