Job Position:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT e-commerce and the Chinese digital environment, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other IT departments or vendors to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
IT Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of IT systems including EC storefront, OMS, and PIM/DAM systems.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of all IT ECOM systems and infrastructure.

Project Management:
- Plan and execute IT projects related to system upgrades, new technology implementations, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT projects align with business goals and deliver desired outcomes.

Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for IT-related expenses.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to IT security and data protection.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard company data and customer information.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably within an in-house company environment.
- Strong understanding of IT e-commerce and omni systems, including EC, OMS, O2O, and PIM/DAM systems.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
