1. Project Management Collaborate with U.S. product development, Product Marketing, Planning teams, China R&D, Quality and Planning teams, act as project owner to drive the realization from product concept phase to finished goods 1st delivery
Lead innovation and LCM project development, work with cross functional team and provide total solution in terms of formula, component, and secondary package. Manage the project timeline to ensure on time launch
2. Process setup and improvement Work with cross functional team, lead product development related process setup, establish guideline, tools and template help adding working efficiency.
3. Supplier Management Solve the project related issues throughout the process
Develop the most suitable supplier for new product to meet speed, cost, and quality balance
The Request Bachelor's Degree or above in international trade, business administration, etc. Professional supply chain management certificate is a strong plus
Minimum 7+ years of product development or purchasing experience in FMCG, Cosmetics industrials. International supplier communication and project management, process setup experience is preferred
Team player and with strong leadership skill and communication skill. Fluent in written and oral English, Strong project management skills, problem solving skills
