1) Responsible for new supplier and new factories qualification identification, evaluation and selecting reliable ones to meet the company's requirements. 2) New factory onboarding and all License application documentation management. 3) Organize training meetings for new suppliers with Merchandiser and QA team. 4) Develop detailed project plans of all factories semi-audit and yearly license agreements renew, including timelines and resource allocation. Regularly monitor and report on project progress, adjusting as necessary to address any potential delays or issues. 5) Quarter valuation and monitoring of supplier services to ensure high-quality completion of tasks by suppliers. 6) Analyze production capabilities of textile mills and manufacturing facilities. Based on market demand forecasts and order pipelines, develop accurate capacity plans to optimize production efficiency. 7) Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production and quality control to ensure seamless execution of projects. 8) Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a stable supply chain. 9) Utilize Excel proficiently to analyze data related to production, sourcing, and capacity tool. 10) Prepare PPT for senior management, summarizing project updates, sourcing strategies, and capacity - planning outcomes. 11) Experience in Technical audit or Ethical compliance factory audit is preferred. 12) Having a good team spirit of cooperation.
