RESPONSIBILITIES - Customers main interface for all Semiconductor, Solar, Display, Cu Etchant related businesses. Also assist Aseptic and PAA segment. - Develop new accounts for Semiconductor & Solar segment. - Identify and develop new channel partners to expand footprint in the region. - Provide market data, and other relevant information pertaining to Semiconductor & Solar segment within the region. - Formulate and execute market penetration strategies for short and long-term goals for high-purity Peroxide growth. - Assist company to achieve overall Sales Budget for the high-purity Peroxide segment. - Develop innovative solutions for long-term business contracts and sustainability. - Provide market intelligence, competition study and develop strategies for the focus segment. - Support Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesian business by meeting the key Solar companies who has operations in above countries.
REQUIREMENTS - The ideal candidate should be an Engineer, an MBA would be advantage. - Have 10 to 15 years of experience in managing customers in Solar or Semiconductor Industry. - Sales experience in the Semiconductor industry/Solar with comprehensive understanding of customers’ expectations on quality, packaging, supply chain and related areas. - Extensive sales network and established business connections within Semiconductor and Solar related companies. - Actively engaging with cross-functional teams, collaborating with channel partners and key stakeholders on sales and business development. - Strong ability of identifying opportunities, formulating sales strategies, and initiating decisions that align with company’s goals. - Capable of assessing and handling any challenges or difficult situations with effective solutions that align with company’s goals and values. - Ability to support channel partners and cross-functional teams in identifying, developing, and converting new opportunities. - Fluent written and oral English.
