Specific Accountabilities 1. Communicate with customers, deal with customer needs and customer complaints 2. Daily order processing and maintenance to ensure completion within KPI 3. Send operation tasks to warehouse according to rules, and track order tracking report to ensure timely receipt and delivery 4. Timely deal with order anomalies, operation anomalies and some system data anomalies 5. Prepare and arrange promotional activities, cooperate with warehouse operation 6. Activity data analysis and summary 7.
