主要职责/Function：
1、工厂的质量和能量平衡：跟踪原材料的消耗，储存和生产，在ERP系统中管理库存，确保生产能够保持良好的平衡状态；
Mass and energy balance of the plant: follow up the raw materials daily consumption, storage and production; manage the stock in ERP system to be sure the production can be kept in the good balance situation.
2、负责生产报表报告体系：制作和分析报告，并提出一些改进建议；
In charge of the operation reporting system: develop and analyze the reports, make some recommendation to improve.
3、支持运行主管进行现场工作协调，5S管理，工艺流程改进；
Support operation supervisor for site coordination, 5S management and technology workflow improvement.
4、为生产计划和焚烧备料提供技术支持；
Technical Support for production planning and incineration menu.
5、准备工厂启停车计划及LOTO管理；做好大修及临时检修期间安全环保措施的协调及监督。
Prepare plant start up , shut down and LOTO management. Ascertain safety and environmental protection measures in the operation area during overhaul and temporary urgent repair construction.
6、协同HSE，工艺，接收，维修及厂长为高风险的特殊工作做准备；
Work with HSE, technology, reception, maintenance, and plant manager to prepare special jobs with highly potential risk.
7、跟踪现场生产及工单情况，及时和维修部门协调完成工单；
Follow up and complete the work order coordinating with maintenance department timely.
8、完成上级交代的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

岗位要求/Qualifications：
1、本科及以上学历：化工工艺专业或相关专业；
Education: College degree or above: major in Chemical engineering or related.
2、1年及以上化工或石化行业或焚烧厂化工工作经验；
Experience: 5years working experience in chemical or petrochemical
industry or Incineration Company as chemical engineering.
3、熟练运用办公软件；
Excellent skills in: Microsoft office.
4、具有一定的英语读写能力；
Good English reading & writing skill.
5、思维开阔，工作态度积极；自律能力；自我激励能力；
