Your Responsibilities
Customer relationship management
Support the local Quality Management in terms of implementation & understanding of customer requirements within the respective plant
Ensure execution of required qualification and reliability plans during NPI process
Drive the 8D process in the respective Plant for assigned customers and ensure in time feedback
Support of customer audits/visits on site and virtual
DPI/KPI (QNECT System, Score card)
Customer Communication /Voice of Customer
Organise rework/sorting at customer side, external companies or AT&S plants
Others
Your Profile
Technical education College Degree or above.
Experienced in quality-related tools such as FMEA, MSA, APQP, SPC, PPAP, 3X5Why, 8D, Process audit.
Experienced background in PCB, semiconductor or automotive industry is an added advantage.
Experienced in Microsoft office and Mini-tab software.
English must be work language.
3 years of experience in/as CQE, QE or related jobs.
VDA & IATF 16949 certification is better
6 Sigma GB or PMP is better problem solving and very good communication skills
