【Responsibilities】 1) Own the site experience and leverage consumer on-site behavior and analytics to increase revenue, conversion, and engagement; 2) Develop site optimization strategy and calendar to drive short and long-term revenue, conversion, and retention goals; 3) Own the site merchandising strategy and work with the merchandising team and website merchandiser to make sure on-site search and sorting strategies are optimized; 4) Work with website producers and content managers to lead product launch process; 5) Work collaboratively with internal teams and outside development agencies on-site enhancements and bug fixes and participate in the development and release process; 6) Work collaboratively with the internal customer care team as well as the third-party partners and technologies that power our eCommerce sites and leverage them effectively to drive increased traffic and sales; 7) Work with other teams to co-lead digital marketing activities to increase the ROI of all platforms SEO&SEM including a platform affiliate program; 8) Work with retail business team to better align online/offline business; 9) Work with web designers, site merchandisers, and producers to execute website updates including changes based on promotional activity, content refreshes, and new product set-up; and 10) Handle troublesome cases if necessary. 责任: 1) 拥有网站体验,并利用消费者的现场行为和分析来增加收入、转化率和参与度; 2) 制定网站优化策略和日历,以推动短期和长期收入、转化和保留目标; 3) 拥有网站营销策略,并与营销团队和网站营销人员合作,确保优化网站搜索和排序策略; 4) 与网站制作人和内容经理合作,领导产品发布流程; 5) 与内部团队和外部开发机构协作,进行现场增强和错误修复,并参与开发和发布过程; 6) 与内部客户服务团队以及为我们的电子商务网站提供动力的第三方合作伙伴和技术合作,并有效利用它们来推动流量和销售额的增长; 7) 与其他团队合作,共同领导数字营销活动,以提高所有平台SEO和SEM的投资回报率,包括平台联盟计划; 8) 与零售业务团队合作,更好地协调线上/线下业务; 9) 与网页设计师、网站营销人员和制作人合作,执行网站更新,包括基于促销活动、内容更新和新产品设置的更改; 10) 必要时处理棘手的案件。 【Requirements】 1) Holder of Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of demonstrated success in a hands-on eCommerce role in a high-performing retail environment; 2) Good understanding of UX drivers and SEO; 3) Familiarity with A/B testing including program development and performance measurement; 4) Experience working on integrations with internal systems and/or third-party technologies; 5) Previous experience with site merchandising, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization tactics; 6) Experience with analytics tools to be able to pull and analyze internal results; 7) Deep understanding of various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Display, Affiliate, Social Media, Email); 8) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to remain flexible to change within the work environment and scope of responsibility; and 9) Good Bilingual language skills (English and Mandarin). 要求 1) 持有学士学位,在高绩效零售环境中,在电子商务方面取得了5年以上的成功; 2) 对用户体验驱动因素和搜索引擎优化有很好的理解; 3) 熟悉A/B测试,包括程序开发和性能测量; 4) 有与内部系统和/或第三方技术集成的经验; 5) 具有网站营销、A/B测试和转化率优化策略的经验; 6) 具备分析工具的经验,能够提取和分析内部结果; 7) 深入了解各种数字营销渠道(SEO、SEM、展示、联盟、社交媒体、电子邮件); 8) 良好的沟通和人际交往能力,以及在工作环境和责任范围内保持灵活性的能力; 9) 良好的双语能力(英语和普通话),直属上司讲英语。
