Key Accountabilities:

Sourcing & Supply Management – 50%

1、Collect and understand business needs and scopes by working closely with Business Functions.

2、Have the business function to follow up direct / indirect sourcing process.

3、Lead the comprehensive souring activities for direct & indirect items based on requirements from Business Functions within set time schedule, and maximize the procurement benefits to Company, with help from procurement head

4、Align the negotiation strategy with stakeholder, conduct competitive bid procurement process (RFP/RFQ) as per the Procurement Process, and lead the negotiation with supplier for prices, contract terms and conditions.

5、Analyze the related supply market and build the sourcing strategy on the category.

6、New supplier development. Build up supplier performance scorecard and valuate supplier performance regularly together with Business Functions.



Project Support – 35%

1、Participation in various cross-functional projects of businesses & provide professional sourcing support.

2、Company procurement consolidation program.

3、Other sourcing tasks assigned by procurement head.



Analytical Support – 15%

1、Analytical work support for sourcing program.

2、Other analysis & market intelligence consolidation for procurement function.

EDUCATION:

1、Bachelor Degree or above

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):

1、Around 8 years’ experience in sourcing or relative function in multinational company

2、Familiar with Retail industry preferred

3、Good oral and written English, proficient in MS office

4、Proven business ethics and integrity

5、Strong negotiation and communication skills

6、High sense of responsibility and ownership

7、Good business sense, keen on industry data and information screening

8、Quick learning and team-work spirit
