工作职责: 1. Provide *** line of support to end users in relation to system, network, hardware and software issues. 2. Handle tickets assigned from global call center on daily basis. 3. PC installation and configuration. Regular software installation and daily *** line trouble shooting. 4. Provide end users training for both employees and new hires. 5. Manage office IT stuffs not limited to skype for business, printers, meeting rooms. 6. Coordinate the work in between headquarters and shanghai office, support the execution of internal projects or update. 7. Monitor server room status not limited to servers, switches, firewalls, MPLS line and UPS. 8. IT cross charge control and monitoring, IT asset management. 9. Act as project specialist to be able to go depth in at least one area in infrastructure. Not limited to database, securities or virtualizations.
任职资格: 1. Bachelor’s degree above in computer science or equivalent. 2. At least 5 years working experience in IT supporting role or setup role. 3. Good understanding and proficiency in office 365, windows 10, and network knowledge. 4. Understanding on different kind of server system like windows or Linux. 5. Understanding on virtualization technology like Hyper-V and VMware. 6. Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently. 7. Team player, Positive working attitude. 8. Good written and oral English. 9. Database certificate is a Plus+, Powershell and Python knowledge is an Plus+.
