Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Reporting to the Head of Integrity / Integrity Lead, Sourcing, the Integrity Manager is responsible for the implementation of the organization’s Integrity Program in terms of providing guidance and training to co-workers and supply chain partners, and handling of complaints against unethical conduct and policy-violation.
Key Responsibilities: 1.deliver communication and training programs to maintain and enhance awareness of and compliance with C&A integrity policies (incl. Anti-Bribery, Conflict of Interest, Gifts & Entertainment, Anti-Fraud) among C&A co-workers, suppliers, production units, and service providers. 2. Establish and maintain networks of communication with both internal and external stakeholders in the responsible Hub to act as the *** confidential point of contact for queries and grievance of an integrity-related nature. 3. Conduct fact-finding inquiries into alleged violations of the C&A Code of Ethics & Conduct and any unethical business practice and offer appropriate recommendation to mitigate any possible integrity risk. 4. Collaborate with 3rd party service providers when needed to ensure integrity-related issues are mitigated appropriately and sufficiently for resolution and remediation. 5.Examine and advise on business operation procedure to eliminate any integrity risk. 6. Contribute to the initiation, development and revision of policies and procedures for the general operation of the Integrity Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. Practical knowledge in anti-corruption related policies, communication and training, fact-finding investigation, due diligence and risk mitigations. 2.Experience in handling highly sensitive information. 3.Good analytical and reporting skills. 4.Good communication skills and confidence interacting with senior executives. 5.Ability to work in an organized manner independently with minimum supervision.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 1. University degree. 2.At least 8-10 years’ experience in either ethics and compliance, anti-bribery and corruption, workplace investigation, or supply chain due diligence. 3.Knowledge and experience in supply chain operation preferred.
