职责描述: 61 Functions as a scientist to develop new and optimized formula that support the overall activities supporting key clients and overall Griffith Foods business strategy. 61 Applies scientific principles in research, development, production technology. 61 Collaborates with Supply Chain to link product formulation activities to commercial fulfillment efficiencies and production of safe and regulatory compliant food products. 61 Supports Innovation activities that support the long-term strategy of the organization. 61 Participates in cross-functional initiatives. 61 Manages multiple priorities and timelines concurrently. 61 Support initiatives to expand core capabilities, with focus on Food Science, Health & Nutrition as well as all other new capabilities. This includes thought leadership on new capabilities needed to support technical excellence. 61 Functions as a Specialist to provide consultation to various functional departments. 61 Communicates internally with other Griffith Foods business units to exchange technical information and project timing. Communicates externally with customers, processors, and suppliers.
任职要求: 1. BS in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Chemistry or related technical degree. 2. Over 5 years’ experience in Research & Development within the food industry. 3. Experience should include Food ingredients. 4. Travel expectations up to 20%.
