Back office a) Assisting in administrative routine payment, including regular rental fee, property management fee, monthly utilities, leasing car, ETC, stationery and name cards b) Assisting in food management, including canteen, coffee bar and pantry c) Assisting in physical archiving, including documentary hard copy, office keys and admin supplies d) Assisting in Fixed Assets inventory e) Coordinating with property management office for security, cleaning service and facility maintenance 2. Travel support a) Assisting in Ctrip administrator. b) Assisting in cooperate hotel coordination. c) Assisting in shuttle buses and admin car usage 3. Carpool Coordination a) Assisting in Carpool management b) Coordinating in car insurance and inspection c) Coordinating in fuel card recharge and car maintenance.
Requirements: 1. College degree or above; 2. Business administration, international trade, English or similar; 3. CET-6 or TEM-4 or IELTS-6, fluent written and oral English; 4. At least 1 year working experience; 5. Good command of business etiquette in international culture; Be familiar with purchasing process and travel management; 6. Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills; 7. Proficient computer skills;
