Job Description We are looking for an Overseas Pre-Sales Assistant Engineer to support product pre-sales presentations, technical support, and installation guidance in international markets. The ideal candidate will work closely with the overseas sales team to provide high-quality technical support and solutions to customers.
Business-level English proficiency in listening, reading, speaking, and writing is required.
Job Responsibilities 1. Pre-Sales Support ---Introduce products and systems to overseas customers, including their features, technical advantages, and application scenarios. ---Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer Q&A sessions via Zoom and other remote meeting tools. ---Assist the overseas sales team in developing technical solutions, analyzing customer requirements, and optimizing solutions. 2. Overseas Installation & Technical Support ---Provide remote guidance to overseas customers and partners for equipment installation and system commissioning, ensuring proper product operation. ---Coordinate with internal technical teams to address technical issues, troubleshoot faults, and provide maintenance support for overseas customers. ---Prepare and improve product installation and operation guides to enhance customers' ability to install and use products independently. 3. Cross-Department Collaboration ---Work closely with the overseas sales team to assist in technical communication and provide technical support materials. ---Participate in product training to enhance the overseas sales team’s and distributors' knowledge and application capabilities. ---Gather and analyze overseas customer requirements to assist the R&D and product teams in optimizing product features and system functions.
Job Requirements ---Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with overseas customers and sales teams, and strong presentation skills. ---Experience in technical support, pre-sales engineering, system integration, or related fields, with knowledge of pre-sales processes and installation guidance. ---Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other remote communication tools, capable of conducting online product demonstrations and technical discussions. ---Strong logical thinking, customer service awareness, and teamwork spirit. ---Familiarity with RFID, EAS, inventory management, smart retail systems, or related technologies is preferred.
