Position Summary 1. This position is mainly focused on driving excellence in customer applications & technical support for both the pre-sales process and post-sales training and related customer requirements. 2. Works closely with customers to identify market opportunities through development and commercialization of new applications and solutions.
Requirements Education 1. Master’s degree or above, major in Physics/Electric Optics/Computer Science or related is preferred.
Experience 1. Minimal 3 years of SEM/FIB industry or related experiences. 2. Solid technical knowledge in electron optical technology, and application experience in SEM and FIB. 3. Strong self-motivated and willing to learning new technology and skills. 4. Excellent client-facing communication ability.

Main Tasks 1. Accompanies Sales colleagues to provide technical and applications expertise in response to customer inquiries. 2. Performs product demonstrations in the field or lab. 3. Plans and delivers user meetings in the field application. Bulids and develops customer relationship in the respective regions and China. 4. Supports presales promotion on technical-oriented competitive negotiation and tenderings. 5. Attends technical training and scientific meetings to gather information on new trends, products and discoveries affecting. 6. Develop automated control methods based on customer needs. Builds market potential for further business development in the future. 7. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
