Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Finance Consultant with deep experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and costing to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide valuable financial insights, support critical decision-making processes, and help optimize cost management throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Reporting
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to influence strategic decisions. Prepare detailed monthly finance reports and dashboards for senior leadership. Analyze variances between actual and planned results, delivering actionable insights. Financial Modeling
Create and maintain financial models to project revenues, expenses, and profitability. Support investment decisions through project evaluations, ROI analyses, and business case development. Run scenario modeling to identify risks and opportunities. Costing
Collaborate with operations and production teams to assess product costs and profitability. Lead cost-reduction initiatives and propose process enhancements. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Provide financial expertise and guidance to business unit leaders. Serve as a trusted advisor to management on financial matters. Ad Hoc Assignments
Assist with other management-requested tasks and special financial projects as needed. Qualifications:
Education & Certification:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certifications are a plus. Experience & Expertise:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, modeling, and costing roles. Hands-on experience with cost management, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or similar industries is a bonus. Skills & Tools:
Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle and financial planning tools. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities for simplifying complex financial data.
