Responsibility: - Understand the policy & what does it mean to business - Get insights from customers from visits and feedback and link insights to proper campaigns - Identify business opportunities in a62changing and complex environment. - Create and deliver impactful HCP education content for brands in collaboration with the commercial solution team and other stakeholders. - Design campaigns that are aligned with the strategy - Manage/execute marketing campaigns efficiently and smartly with good budget planning - Support the preparation and development of the brand plan and the tactical plan Requirement: - Bachelor’s degree or above, major in medicine or pharmacy is preferred. - At least 5 years of working experience in sales/marketing/medical - Experience in Oncology is preferred. Experience in GU Cancers is highly preferred. - Demonstrated solid experience in the design and implementation of promotional campaigns. - Proficiency in the use of software applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel - Proactive in problem-solving and a team player - Passionate for excellent work, self-motivated - Organized and good at prioritization - Effective oral and written communication skills in English - Compliant and Integrity
