1. The focus will be CRM, membership in global scope 2. There are also lots of new project required sales and marketing support in 2025 for coordination and digital portfolio management. 3. Responsibility to drive digital transformation in respective domain 4. Responsibility for holistic analysis of business needs to become performant & efficient and defining a roadmap to digital excellence in respective BU domain - including depicting solid risks in status quo to drive awareness & create a sense of urgency 5. Responsibility to align requirements across stakeholders, identify the right BDO counterparts for portfolio check and accompany necessary processes 6. Responsibility to identify & manage all involved parties 7. Closely collaborate with business and IT departments to develop digitalization initiatives, their implementation plans & roadmaps in the respective domain 8. Consult & coach respective BU functions to translate business needs & objectives into clear requirements Required Qualifications: 9. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 10. Strong knowledge of sales marketing digitalization 11. Experience with user operation, campaigns, membership 12. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 13. Strong global communication and collaboration abilities. 14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
