汽车项目工程师
Job Responsibilities工作职责：
1. Manage the projects launch process for the products of Powertrain business;
2. Developing specific and clear project plan for each projects and manage the process from milestone management, budget analysis and control, risk management to make a good achievement of projects targets;
3. Organize and coordinate relevant person & team to make a good division cooperation between different department, leading APQP team and regular project meeting internally;
4. To be a client representative, understand and determine clients requirements & needs and implement the exact needs of the client, based on a good knowledge of Powertrain products and engineering;
5. Bridging gap between the production team and client, capable of facing and solving the problems with either party, transfer clients requirements into manufacturing equipment and process correctly;
6. Manage results delivery of sampling & prototype, PPAP documentation and design changing process etc;
7. Manage a good communication both internally and with clients of all process;
8. Ensure all the documentation follows TS16949 procedure and clients specific requirements;
9. Build good pipe with ITW global relevant team such as Europe and NA sister companies;
10. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications任职要求:
1. Fair knowledge in Auto industry in order to be capable of understanding and discussing the problems;
2. Fair knowledge for Powertrain products and plastic injection ,tooling ,process engineering knowledge;
3. Min. 3 years experience in project management in automotive industry;
4. Good communication skills;
5. Good language skills for English and Chinese in both speaking and writing, the third language skill is a plus;
6. Initiative, optimistic, mature, ability to work independently and under pressure;
