Responsibilities: 80Adherence to company core values, code of conduct. 80Responsible for growing MRO accounts in PPE industries, developing a long-term relationship with MRO accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them 80Achieve annual growth and profit objectives by Key Account Management with MRO’s organization. 80Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to MRO needs. 80Explore new sustainable growth business model in MRO channel. 80Provide related training & service to engage MRO’s product/business development/vertical/territory team 80Other assignments as assigned by the management.
Qualifications: 80Above 5+ year PPE experience in sales; 2~3 year experience in channel management 80Bachelor degree in Material Science, Engineering; Chemistry related education is preferred. 80Demonstrated independent channel sales and end user approaching skills, quick data analysis and approach for result skill is plus. 80Strong cross-function/SBU influencing skills to leverage resource 80Good English and Mandarin presentation & communication skills 80Very strong self-motivated 80Willing to travel
