Makes sure that associates stay engaged, fun and innovative by maintaining a great culture and professionalism. 61 Plan and support on implement team and employee events 61 Design and conduct activity poster, newsletter or other internal promotion materials. General HR 61 Builds and continuously to improve the HR function by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Nurture company culture for employees at all locations. 61 Sets, reports on, and achieves specific metrics (KPIs) in the department. 61 Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. 61 Maintains organized and clean filings or all paperwork and related administration work. Ensures compliance with pertinent HR-related laws, regulations, and policies. 61 Manages and continuously updates the HR-Workday system, blueprints and checklists. Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers/supervisor. Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION & SKILLS: 61 A completed bachelor’s degree. 61 Excellent written and verbal English communication skills WORKING EXPERIENCE: 61 Minimum 3 years’ experience in MNC or high growth companies 61 Savvy at Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point 61 Nice to have experienced in poster design and video editing software for internal promotion. 61 Basic understanding for all of the disciplines within HR: HR Systems, HR Operations and Employee Engagement. 61 Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment 61 In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
