Role & Responsibilities 1、Employee life cycle management; 2、Employee absence & attendance management 3、Maintain employee master database in HR system (Workday); 4、Responsible for employee insurance and benefits enrollment, and familiar with local guideline and policies; 5、Facilitate on employee probation review process; 6、Administrate on employee p-file; 7、Support on local governance (if applicable) 8、Handle daily employee inquires; 9、Support on New Hire Orientation (if applicable); 10、Other HR projects assigned
Qualifications 1、Bachelor degree or above, at least 2 year working experience in HR function; 2、Good Communication in both Mandarin and English; 3、Basic knowledge of local labor laws and related statutory regulations; 4、Operational experience on Workday (Success Factor) is a plus; 5、Working experience in HR shared service is a plus; 6、Performance driven and able to work under pressure; 7、Strong sense of ownership and accountability, detail oriented, quick learner and team player; 8、Being people-oriented, customer focus, confident and self-motivated.
