Responsibilities and duties: 85 Provide the full spectrum of Human resources support for Shanghai office (recruiment support, employee on-boarding & off boarding, HR standard development, employee training, payroll & benefit vadidate\execution\coordination, China labor law related consult, employee insurance management etc.) Key responsibilities (but not limited to) (Specific duties and responsibilities): 85 HR Standard&process development and management: Formulate and update full criterions of BRP China HR related rules, regulations, policy, staff book, China public holiday calendar and any other agreements to guide staff's work within the limits of company's acceptable scopes. 85 Closely work both with BRP China business functional leaders and BRP Global TA teams for local support in the recruitment process; 85 Responsible for day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, etc 85 Cross check with Finance and FESCO for payroll, Monitor and validate payroll and monthly reports to senior management; 85 Responsible for employee communication on payroll/benefit delivery interpretation and coordination; 85 Make plans for the trainings and make analysis of training records consisted of entry orientation, on-the-job training, and training for professional skills etc. for human resources reserve and staff personal development; 85 Trace China Labour Law and other local regulations and timely advise to senior management; 85 Provide China labor law and regulation consult cover national/ local level; 85 Employee personal income tax declaration and tax benefit consult regarding to regulation; 85 Handle labor issues with China leadership and maintain employee branding. 85 Collaborate and participate in the cross-sites / global L&D related initiatives as required, direct connnect with BRP Global HR team; 85 Other HR projects and tasks assigned by senior management;
Qualification, skills and experience : 85 Bachelor's degree or above degree required. Major in HR/ business management or attendance in related courses. HR professional Certificate is a plus. 85 Fluent speaking and good commands in reading & written English; (CET 6 or TEM-8) 85 Able to use English as a working language; 85 In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulatory requirements 85 3+ years of HR experience is must and independent operation experience in benefits and payroll module is a plus; 85 Familiar with social security, provident fund, commercial medical insurance and other related policies and regulations and operational procedures; 85 Possess a certain level of environmental and interpersonal sensitivity and change management ability. 85 Good leadership, commmunication, interperaonal, and negotiation skills 85 Proficient in MS Office skill and good ability in paperwork.
