Key Responsibilities：
61 Identify the special requirements of Projects and write and implement quality plan (including Inspection and test plan)and supported procedure in compliance of the needs of project request.
61 Continuously improve the company's QC process and assist the quality manager to improve the company's QMS and reduce cost of quality.
61 Identifying the QC process/procedure in the product realization.Make sure the materials, appearance, dimensions, and other aspects are in accordance with the drawings and quality standards.Especially for the key process: Welding, heat treatment, machining, painting, Hydrostatic Shell Test & FAT ect. to ensure that the finished products meet the company's quality requirements.
61 Give analysis and perfessional timely solution processes that do not meet quality requirements, and be responsible to give 3C/5W analysis and track key actions until closing the NCR. Resolve issues related to product quality on time so there is minimum impact to the shipment delivery.
61 Assist Quality manager to maintain and optimize the ISO and TSG system. Based on ISO and TSG guideline, update all relevant policies, procedures and working instructions and update the quality assurance manual as required and ensuring vendors and relative teams understand and comply with quality expectations, policies and procedures.
61 Can work under presure and have good team communication skills and capability to think analytically to grasp complex situation quickly。

Critical Competencies for Success：
61 Bachelor degree in mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering/ Material Engineering.
61 A must in the manufacturing background, eg: valve/piping/pressure vessel/boiler/pump industry.
61 Integrity and self-driven is a must.
61 Strong knowledge of ISO and TSG system with certificate NDT无损检测证(PT II级， MT II级， UT II) is preferred.
61 Solid experience of Quality control.
61 Language: English is a must in writing and reading, Fulent oral English is a plus。
