Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to): 61 Maintain design quality management process focusing on continuous improvement. 61 Monitor and collect internal quality data, summarize major and critical issues and communicate with internal team members to make short-term, medium-term and long-term actions/plans. 61 Work with process stakeholders to collect feedback and define plans/actions to improve customer satisfaction. 61 Follow up the status of field turn back to ensure customer satisfaction. 61 Data statistic on the quality performance and define effective action to improve it. Basic Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree or above on mechanical or electronical engineering. 61 1-3 years related working experience in engineering design or quality assurance. 61 Good teamwork and learning abilities, as well as good execution and stress resistance abilities. 61 Proactive and rigorous in work. 61 Dedicated to product performance verification and quality management work. English requirement, good at reading and writing, basic oral communication.
