Purpose: Support the company's recruitment and personnel related work.
Principal Accountabilities
HR Related (70%)
1. Responsible for recruiting the right candidate in line with headcount budget. Follow and improve the whole recruitment process of recruiting, including posting the job, screening applications, interviews, evaluation, offer and so on. 2. Take initiatives to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status. Develop and maintain different kinds of recruiting channels to ensure their effectiveness. 3. Provide regular recruitment status reports including weekly open position report and monthly HC report and so on. 4. Work with department heads on handling employee relationship related issues and troubles.
Internal Relationship: (30%) 1. Create and disseminate relevant content such as newsletters, memos, and articles, PPT, etc. 2. Maintain and update internal communication channels including intranet sites, email systems, and bulletin boards to ensure they are user-friendly and accessible. 3. Conduct surveys and gather feedback from employees to assess the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and make necessary improvements.
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree holder or above in HRM or any related disciplines With at least 3 year experience of working in HR field or internal communication. 2. Business level in English or Japanese 3. Be familiar with China labor laws and regulations. Initiative and can-do attitude, enthusiastic about HR especially in recruitment function. 4. Open minded, highly motivated, independent, ability to learn quickly and self-initiative.
