Position:HR Specialist Purpose:Support the company's recruitment and personnel related work.
Principal Accountabilities 83 Responsible for recruiting the right candidate in line with headcount budget. 83 Follow and improve the whole recruitment process of recruiting, including posting the job, screening applications, interviews, evaluation, offer and so on. 83 Take initiatives to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status. 83 Develop and maintain different kinds of recruiting channels to ensure their effectiveness. 83 Provide regular recruitment status reports including weekly open position report and monthly HC report and so on. 83 Work with department heads on handling employee relationship related issues and troubles. 83 Other tasks assigned by line manager(For example, poster design, PPT , etc.).
Job Requirements Education:Bachelor degree holder or above in HRM or any related disciplines Years of Related Experience:With at least 3 year experience of working in HR field, head hunting experience is an advantage Other Special Competencies: 83 Be familiar with China labor laws and regulations. 83 Initiative and can-do attitude, enthusiastic about HR especially in recruitment function. 83 Open minded, highly motivated, independent, ability to learn quickly and self-initiative.
