Job Responsibility 岗位职责：
- Lead and manage operative supplier quality QA/QC activities within region for business line needs.
- Responsible for supplier development. Ensure supplier get continuous development to reach more efficient and reliable.
- Responsible for managing SQD team members over PAP CNOP unit border
- Coordinate China area Supplier quality inspection resource and prepare sharing program and quality policies implementation over business lines, PAP / P&E / SER / SMM / TC
- Alignment with Valmet China Quality Manager in terms of China area quality footprint and MWs
- Ensure supplier ownership approach is fully implemented and working well. This covers supplier improvement, QA and QC
- Ensure supplier quality development related processes, WTO, Templates are unified in all relevant units: Examples are Valmet level supplier development process, DQC planning, kick off meeting practices, Inspection process and reporting template.
- Support optimize China area quality management with global process.
- Support SRM program according the SC strategy.
- Ensure Valmet Supplier Registry contains only qualified suppliers for correct categories. (This includes supplier auditing/evaluation, proactive cooperation with purchasing units regarding supplier selections and new supplier sourcing [if requested])
- Supplier risk management with earlier alarm and preventive actions to all relative functions
- Cooperate with manufacturing workshops, procurement, project management, engineering and other departments to ensure smooth cooperation
- Training of expertise to other team members to develop skill & componence continue improve against Business needs
- Hands-on QA/QC work when special expertise is needed
- Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
- Leading china area supplier sustainability actions, implement audit plan, auditor capability develops, CAP follow up and coordinate with global sustainability team.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirement 岗位要求：
- Bachelor or Master Degree from University
- Mechanical Engineering or similar background, 12+ years working experience in quality or development of manufacturing. Supplier quality background is an advantage
- Strong Management skills
- Strong knowledge with welding, machining and other manufacturing processes and inspection methods.
- Strong ability to read technical drawings
- Strong communication and coordination skills with suppliers and other departments
- Have awareness of ISO 9001 & ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 -systems
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
- Good computer skills
- Ready to travel frequently
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and always looking forward for continuous improvement
