Your main responsibilities are
Responsible for the successful coordination relating to 2-Stroke field service jobs. Close cooperating with Resource Managers assigning engineers to jobs. Acting as key contact person for the customer during the work order, interact with relevant internal stakeholders. Liaising with customers to coordinate detailed schedules, parts, tools, authorizations and permits, and to formalize service bookings. Taking responsibility for briefing and debriefing of the engineers before and after the jobs. Raising Technical Request when applicable; Implement service follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and obtaining feedback, maintaining service KPI's. Continuously stay up to date with company policies and guidelines.
You will shine in this role when you have:
Maritime engineering background Minimal 3 years experience in relevant field of service coordination. Experience in Project Management, coordination, or similar roles; Technical understanding or background and general knowledge of 2-Stroke Engine. Reporting and analyzing skills Be proactive, curious, solution driven, cooperative, initiative, positive, flexible Able to prioritize workload with support of own manager General knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams Basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis knowledge Fluency in English and Mandarin is required (both written and spoken) Excellent communication skills
