Required Experience: - 2-4 years of volume coordination experience - Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruitment, or other similar functions. - Work experience within the Financial Services businesses is preferred - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, follow-through and results orientation - Strong verbal and written communication skills across audience levels - Ability to manage time, prioritize and escalate appropriately - Ability to navigate technology platforms used for communication, data gathering and reporting - Ability to interact and support senior stakeholders.
