Job Purpose: Responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting market data on industrial gas target industries to support the company's business growth. Responsibilities: l Conduct market research, including competitor analysis, industry trends, customer needs, and market potential assessment. l Collect market information from various sources (e. g., industry reports, market research, customer feedback, and sales data). l Use statistical and analytical tools to interpret data, identify market opportunities and risks. l Prepare detailed market research reports to provide decision support to the management. l Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure that the market research results are translated into actual business strategies. l Assist in organizing marketing activities and industry meetings to enhance the company’s brand and market influence. Qualifications: l Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business management, statistics or related fields. l At least 3 years of work experience in market research or related field. l Proficient in market research methods and data analysis tools (such as SPSS, Excel, etc.). l Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities. l Strong market insight and business awareness. l Excellent communication and report writing skills. l Ability to work effectively in both fast-paced and multitasking environments. l Have a good team spirit and self-motivation ability.
