The role is accountable for outsourcing finished goods scheduling and chemical raw material planning for both in-house production and toller management. The individual’s performance is measured by demand and supply balance, and inventory performance including both finished goods and raw materials. To achieve that end he/she will proactively work through with tollers and internal functions including sales, marketing, sourcing and logistics, customer service, finance and manufacturing functions

2. Outsourcing asset scheduling Creating monthly and weekly production plans and inventory plans that meet demand requirements per the S&OP Planning process
61 Creating and implementing efficient master scheduling for both in-house product and out-sourcing finished goods in accordance with CSB S&OP plan and time horizons. 61 Utilizing capacity analysis and customer service policies to govern schedules and inventory plans. 61 Generating master plans for multiple tolling assets, facilitating and allocating supply plan among outsourcing assets in accordance to S&OP plan. 61 Manage finished goods inventory level and inventory health 61 Continuously improve the accountable master scheduling process and drive high performance 61 Serve as the key interface with tollers, sales, demand management, customer service, sourcing and logistics, marketing, quality and technical team for the purpose of satisfying customer requirements. 61 Act as contact window in between tollers and sales, customer service, logistics, quality and technical team in daily work 61 Proactively interact with logistic and technical and customer service team, to resolve quality and service complaints. 61 Maintaining accurate data to support the master scheduling process (e.g. lead times, lot sizes, and other operating rules and conditions). 3. Semi-manufactured product -Premix Planning Provide an efficient raw material planning for both in-house production and outsourcing finished goods
61 Forecast on semi-manufactured product level demand (3-6 month horizon), according to finish goods production plan, outsourcing strategy and other process qualification constraints. 61 Plan for the premix arrangement —correct materials are procured at the correct time with the correct quality and in the correct quantity. Ensures timely availability of premix to meet production schedule 61 Measure safety stock level and expiration date for premix 61 Proactively interact with sourcing and logistic team, in conjunction with appropriate plant personnel, to resolve quality and service complaints

4. Cross-region restock planning Provide an efficient planning for imported finished goods to meet local resale demand requirements
61 Generate restock planning for imported finished goods in accordance to local resale demand requirement 61 Provide transfer plan in database based on restock planning 61 Work with logistic team on monitoring shipping schedule of imported goods, ensure material arrival as planned 61 Manage inventory level and health and measure safety stock for imported material 61 Work with global planner and sales team on unexpected import material supply shortage, facilitate supply allocation in constraint global supply circumstance.
