Job Responsibility & Accountability:
Daily Operational Routine:
1.Handle daily technical inquiry or issues from Client on a timely manner.
2.Effectively communicate with technical team for clear understanding and alignment related to technical or operational requirements.
3.Harmonize the technical requirements to related documentations, run by internal technical change management process for change voting and posting, and then run implementation of new or changes within BV global inspection network.
4.Co-work with BV Operation/Regional technical team, GTS for risk technical assessment,
Program Management
1.Work with Regional/Global Management to ensure inspection process is correctly executed based on the approved process and protocols in global IAC network.
2.Take lead to handle the technical complaints or outstanding cases by following the global process IMP/CAR;
3.Request regional operations to initiate prompt corrective actions and improvement actions in the relevant due time. Monitor the implementations.
4.Attend meeting with internal program account team and operation team to review inspection performance. Ensure that the KPI are meet and deliverables meet client’s expectation.
5.Vendor/Factory performance review to identify any solution to help vendor/factory to have continuous quality improvement or quality system enhancement, and drive program business growth
Technical Calibration and Training
1.Continuously monitor and set up the periodic shadow audit by engaging BV inspection office and technical team, so as to verify whether IAC operations have executed the program process with qualified performance.
2.Prepare vendor seminar PPT and presentation on technical part
Requirement:
1.University graduated with 5 years or above working experiences as leader PM in some famous brands, retailers, or engineer of lab and with strong product knowledge or industrial knowledg.EE(电子电器) background.
2.Have VSM／Lean Process experience.
3.Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin; Cantonese preferred
4.Be good at Microsoft Office Software (word, excel, power point and vision),Power BI is prefer.
