Job Responsibility: Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization. Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs. Help to maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Contribute to the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Assist in managing employee relations, including handling employee complaints and grievances. Support the performance management process, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback.
Job Requirement: Bachelor degree and above, business or HR related is preferred Able to work 3-5 days per week for at least 3 months HR-internship expereince is a plus Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
