Project Progress Management 61 Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely execution of tasks. 61 Based on project information, prepare various checklists to be used in the engagement setup/delivery/billing phase 61 Monitor project progress and ensure project goals are achieved on schedule. 2. Coordination with International Teams 61 Collaborate closely with overseas teams to ensure seamless project execution. 61 Coordinate cross-functional resources and facilitate smooth communication. 3. Case Tracking & Reporting 61 Consolidate and update project status regularly, preparing progress reports. 61 Track key milestones and risks to ensure project risks are well managed. 4. Process Optimization & Documentation Management 61 Establish and optimize project management processes to enhance operational efficiency. 61 Organize and maintain project-related documentation for accurate record-keeping. Experience & Background 1. Strong logical thinking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently. 2. 3 years working experiences. Experience in project management; prior experience in PMO or related roles is preferred. 3. Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with international teams. 4. Fluent in English (both written and spoken) to communicate seamlessly with overseas teams. 5. Strong execution capabilities, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 6.
