Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Beauty Product Packaging Developer with a strong technical background and excellent command of English. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and testing packaging for beauty products, with a focus on aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. You will collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and external suppliers to deliver creative packaging solutions that align with our brand's standards and values.

Key Responsibilities:
61 Packaging Design & Development:
o Develop innovative, functional, and cost-effective packaging solutions for new and existing beauty products.
o Work closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure that packaging aligns with the brand's aesthetics, messaging, and target market.
o Lead the design, prototyping, and testing of packaging components to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
61 Technical Expertise:
o Provide technical expertise in material selection, structural design, and manufacturing processes for packaging.
o Conduct technical assessments and work with suppliers to ensure packaging meets both quality and sustainability goals.
o Manage the entire packaging development cycle from concept to commercialization, ensuring deadlines and budget requirements are met.
61 Collaboration & Communication:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and marketing, to bring packaging concepts to life.
o Maintain clear and open communication with external suppliers and manufacturers to ensure seamless execution of packaging designs.
61 Quality Control & Compliance:
o Ensure packaging meets all regulatory requirements, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
o Oversee the testing and validation of packaging designs, including packaging integrity, shelf life, and consumer safety.
61 Sustainability Initiatives:
o Implement and support sustainable packaging practices to reduce environmental impact, including exploring alternative materials and recyclable packaging solutions.

Qualifications:
61 Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, Graphic Design, or related field.
61 Experience:
