Responsibilities: -Closely working with HR& funcional team work out training plan,such as Retail Corner's new opening training,on site coaching and other related training activities. -Assessing retail employees timely and sharing the assessment results which assist team to detect retail employees' qualification. -Training related documents management, new content creation and existing materials keeping update etc. Requirments: -Minimum 3 years of training experience in retail is prefer with Bachelor's degree above. -Good retails commercial sense with cross function collaboration. -English written & speaking with must skill.
