岗位职责: Main Tasks: - Design Transactional processes to support duty savings for BASF Group and ensure implementation of necessary IS solutions - Propose and Optimize the Export and Imports customs declaration process with regards to IS solutions - Evaluate and prioritize activities and ensure the harmonization of global, regional and local projects with sites and regions (SCO Shared Service Platforms). - Identification of strategic process requirements of all relevant stakeholders in BASF and structured handover to the responsible Process Owner - Assure integrated planning and constant alignment with respective Operating and Central Divisions, Competence Centers, Service Centers and local Master Data Teams - Focus on content - Responsible for change management and consulting on master data structures - Coordination of data validation activities - Lead the discussion to drive closures on the SC related activities prior to go live - Prepare and conduct project status updates to relevant stakeholders and project steering committee - Coordination of country-specific training materials (called Handbooks) as aids training and communication
任职要求: Requirements Education: - Bachelor’s degree from accredited university - Major/minor in business field, e.g. Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, preferred
Working Experience: - >10 years in supply chain roles, e.g. Import & Export, Customs declaration, international trading, transportation, planning - Project management
Technical & Professional Knowledge - Supply Chain certifications preferred, e.g. APICS, Lean Six Sigma - High proficiency in SAP (SD, TM, MM) - Expert knowledge of master data concepts, enterprise structure - Interfaces - Track and trace
