工作职责:
1. Interface with sales and marketing to maintain 2-way communication channel for resolving issue on Sales Demand and Production Supply.
2. Analysis demand trend and review new project status of the responsible devices through the sales provided 6-months rolling forecast.
3. Interface with all supply chain related parties to manage overall WIP.
4. Inventory management through the control on production flow.
5. Communicate with foundry & sales/marketing for capacity & loading management to meet demand and revenue requirement.
6. Substrate and special material ordering control
7. Handle all ENG activities with in-house system.
8. Handle both NPI & MP purchasing request.
任职资格:
1. Minimum of 3 years work experience in Fab, design house or semiconductor related field.
2. Good English writing, listening and speaking skill.
3. Must have advanced computer skills of office applications (excel, etc).
4. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
5. MES & ERP experience are preferred
