Your ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES - Update and integrate all kinds of raw data as daily routine, to have in-time business overview and overall stock status. - Be responsible for allocation (including auto replenishment and manual part), to support daily sales, holiday peak and mall promotions. - Manage Seasonal products distribution based on assortments and buy guidelines into distribution parameters & strategies, ensure strong opening/launching effect, track and adjust accordingly during in-season period. While for Library/ Continuous ones, by using parameters and regular communication with central team. - Monitor inventory level by SKUs/stores to support overall sales and inventory plan, do consolidation/rebalancing among stores or regions once needed, maintain at a healthy level. - Monitor shipments status including possible delay and coordinate situation with Logistics and Central counter partners accordingly. - Close collaboration with other departments like Merch(both Central&Local), Logistics, EC and Retail team, build up appropriate stock level in a more efficient flow to support all channel sales. - Track VIC orders fulfillment, operate stock delivery as top priority (arrange transfer among stores or cross regions once delay or gap occurs to meet customer needs). - Cooperate with retail operation and IT&IS team to review current process (operational and system-wise), pursue optimization and evolution to boost sales and increase efficiency based on long-term understanding of bushiness. - Regular communication / catch-up with relative departments, realize efficient cooperation beyond any boarder. Experience: - 1 years working experience in allocation/supply chain/merchandising or other related position. Competencies: - Advanced computer skills – Excel (highly preferred), knowledge of JDE, BI System; - Excellent communication, analysis, cross-function cooperation and presentation skills are required.
